Being a leader is all about motivating others to follow you and the biggest problem is demonstrating this as an entry-level candidate. Words like to participate, contribute and work with are the keywords you need to use across your resume, to reveal the fact you’ve been working closely with other people to achieve certain results. If you can quantify these results, it’s even better.
For an excellent communicator
This is probably the easiest one to focus, as you can enhance the situations when you’ve chosen to speak up your mind. However, you should pay attention to how to make resume that tells exactly what means of communication you’ve used. For a PR position, where you will be using the phone and email, you need to focus on how well you can compose and negotiate. If you apply for a position which requires face to face communication, focus on how well you can conduct an interview or solve a problem with an unhappy person.
For a qualitative thinker
Another rather easy one: focus on numbers. Even if your former position didn’t involve actual work with numbers, you can still find ways to quantify it. This type of skill is easy to enhance if you’ve ever worked with Office and other similar tools. A great way to talk about your accomplishments is using percentages, as these can be a strong indicator on how well you’ve performed and they can be used on any job.
For a proactive employee
